Data Collection & Local Mode

CpapDash processes your CPAP therapy data entirely on your device when used in local mode. We do not collect, store, or transmit your health data to any external servers. All therapy sessions, metrics, and signal data remain stored locally on your device.

Cloud Sync Mode

When you opt into cloud sync, your therapy data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, and stored on servers you control (self-hosted) or on our managed infrastructure. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not access, analyze, or share your health data. You can export or delete your cloud data at any time.

Support Messages

If you contact us through the in-app support form, your email address and message content are sent to our support system. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Device Communication

The app communicates directly with your CPAP SD card adapter over your local WiFi network. No data passes through our servers during device sync.

Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns. The mobile app does not include any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks.

Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings, or by uninstalling the app. For cloud accounts, use the "Delete Account" option to permanently remove all data from our servers.
